2、人力資源) Corporate (企業(yè)文化) Electronic (電子商務(wù)) Business Start-up (小企業(yè)創(chuàng)建) 本書(shū)主要涉及基礎(chǔ)商務(wù)知識(shí),簡(jiǎn)單易懂。主題講解通常分為45個(gè)部分,分別就本章學(xué)習(xí)的主題進(jìn)行深入淺出的講解。,導(dǎo)讀部分主要提示本章學(xué)習(xí)要點(diǎn),概括介紹全章內(nèi)容并且安排導(dǎo)入學(xué)習(xí)的課前活動(dòng)。 每一小節(jié)的開(kāi)頭都有對(duì)應(yīng)的中文翻譯,便于學(xué)生理解本小節(jié)主要內(nèi)容或概念;專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)和生詞在原文中標(biāo)示,背景知識(shí)和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行注釋 (如P6的partnership) 本書(shū)配有大量的圖表,以確保闡述的清晰性并幫助學(xué)生理解和記憶內(nèi)容。(如P18的types of mergers和P131的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷
3、組合),每一小節(jié)后都配有思考題或小組討論,使學(xué)生能夠把握要點(diǎn),同時(shí)考查學(xué)生對(duì)專業(yè)知識(shí)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用。(如P270) 每一章配有“小組活動(dòng)”和練習(xí)題,用來(lái)監(jiān)測(cè)學(xué)生對(duì)主要的理論知識(shí)的掌握程度和應(yīng)用能力。小組活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)以小組為單位組織學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用本章所學(xué)的內(nèi)容解決一兩個(gè)實(shí)際問(wèn)題,一方面活躍課堂氣氛,另一方面可以讓學(xué)生實(shí)際運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)。練習(xí)題圍繞每章重點(diǎn)需要掌握的知識(shí)編寫,形式多樣,包括選擇、判斷對(duì)錯(cuò)、翻譯、填表等,可以測(cè)試和鞏固每章學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)。 (P21),設(shè)有“案例分析”部分,并配有思考題。通過(guò)案例分析,以及回答案例后的問(wèn)題,學(xué)生可以判斷自己是否理解并能應(yīng)用這一章所學(xué)的概念。 補(bǔ)充閱讀為課外閱讀,所選文
4、章圍繞每章學(xué)習(xí)的主題,對(duì)主題內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)起到有效的補(bǔ)充和擴(kuò)展。,二、課時(shí)安排,多數(shù)學(xué)校是以選修課形式來(lái)開(kāi)設(shè)這門課,每周2學(xué)時(shí),總課時(shí)約為32學(xué)時(shí)。本書(shū)的課時(shí)分配為每?jī)芍芤粋€(gè)單元,即每章4個(gè)學(xué)時(shí)。有時(shí)可根據(jù)內(nèi)容的長(zhǎng)度,或授課對(duì)象,自行調(diào)整。 每章節(jié)的安排情況如下:2-3學(xué)時(shí)講解正文,1-2學(xué)時(shí)處理案例學(xué)習(xí)。案例學(xué)習(xí)以提問(wèn)問(wèn)題和分析問(wèn)題的方式進(jìn)行。但不管以何種方式處理教材內(nèi)容,都要求學(xué)生課前必須預(yù)習(xí),因?yàn)楸窘滩膬?nèi)容多、面廣,要在有限的課時(shí)內(nèi)處理完不是件簡(jiǎn)單的事。,對(duì)教師的要求,對(duì)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)類的老師是一大挑戰(zhàn),也是自我提高的機(jī)會(huì)。 備課量較大,要略懂相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí):教師先入門,在領(lǐng)學(xué)生入門。講解正文時(shí)也不
5、能逐句解釋,不能像教精讀那樣,因?yàn)檫@不是教語(yǔ)言,教師要擺脫教語(yǔ)言的束縛,學(xué)生要擺脫學(xué)語(yǔ)言的束縛,學(xué)生是用英語(yǔ)掌握些商務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)知識(shí),這是雙贏的局面;講解時(shí)要提綱攜領(lǐng),最好做成Powerpoint 形式,補(bǔ)充一些生動(dòng)形象的圖片,激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣。 對(duì)非經(jīng)濟(jì)類學(xué)生(如果學(xué)生認(rèn)為難)可采用雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)。,三、Chapter 2 Management,What Is Management 什么是管理 Management Functions 管理職能 Organizational Structure 組織結(jié)構(gòu) Management Levels 管理層次 Managerial Roles 經(jīng)理人角色 Manage
