5、地內(nèi)原有的新鳳城迎賓館，是由三層的中心主樓和八棟兩層的客房樓，5000左右的地下空間，以及三個(gè)庭園組成的建筑群。改造設(shè)計(jì)的原則是尊重原有建筑的總體布局，園區(qū)內(nèi)原有道路、和建筑的高差關(guān)系不變；庭園景觀及里面的樹木原狀保留，局部進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性改造；由于加建而導(dǎo)致的綠地減少，則通過新設(shè)的下沉式庭園以及其它地方增設(shè)綠地來平衡，保持原有的綠化率不變。我們充分地利用基地現(xiàn)有的環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì)和景觀資源，從自然中汲取設(shè)計(jì)靈感，利用原有的三個(gè)庭園和新增加的一個(gè)庭園，圍繞建筑群形成了四個(gè)不同主題的庭園空間，將“肆園”景觀引入到整個(gè)辦公空間內(nèi)部，通過“園林式辦公”的全新理念，營造了高效率、高舒適度和高附加值的辦公空間。同時(shí)庭

6、園景觀也向周邊的居民開放。出自于對(duì)自然的敬畏和尊重，我們的設(shè)計(jì)原則是庭園景觀及里面的樹木原狀保留，主要的樹木一顆都不能破壞，并且不能移動(dòng)。這樣在靠近地鐵出入口的控江路上新增設(shè)的大門，以及 和靜園中新增設(shè)的會(huì)議室時(shí)都遇到了建筑和樹木“打架”的問題。在新增設(shè)的大門設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)采取了“穿透”的設(shè)計(jì)手法，大門的局部沒有設(shè)屋頂，讓樹木的枝干穿過鋼梁透出屋面； 而和靜園中新增設(shè)的會(huì)議室與主樓之間的連廊是有氣候邊界的，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)是采取了“咬合”的設(shè)計(jì)手法。Project introduction：The original Xinfengcheng Hotel is a complex of three-store

9、f the original three gardens and an additional garden form four different themed roducing the landscape into office space, and creating high efficient and comfortable space through the new concept of garden office“.At the same time, the garden landscape is also open to the surrounding res

10、idents.Our design principle is to retain the garden landscape and the trees inside as they are. The main trees can not be destroyed and moved. In this way, the new gates on the river control road near the entrance and exit near the subway and the new conference rooms in Hejing Garden have encountere

11、d the problem of fighting between buildings and nature. In the design of the new gates, the penetrating design method was adopted. There was no roof in the part of the gates, which allowed the branches of trees to penetrate through the steel beams to penetrate the roof. The corridor between the conf

12、erence room and the main building in Hejing Park had a climatic boundary, and the occluding design method was adopted to this design.項(xiàng)目概念說明The original building is Shanghai New Phoenix Town Hotel. By means of functional replacement-oriented renovation and regeneration withapplication of new material

13、s and technologies, the hotel can be transformed into a creative design park that is able to meet increasingly diversified user demand. In this way, we can inject new vitality into the building and the decayed neighborhood in the city.原建筑是一座已經(jīng)老朽化的賓館建筑，設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的設(shè)定是希望通過把賓館改造成一個(gè)能夠滿足日益多元的使用需求的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)園區(qū)，即通過功能置換

The design style of the wetland park with tourist vacation is not consistent with the temperament of the office building, and it needs to be completely transformed. The first is to transplant some large palm tr

16、ees to the west side garden, transforming the original wetland park style water surface into a mirror pool on the bottom of black granite. The simple style mirror pool reflects the facade reflection of the main building and the pool lecture hall. Different seasons and different time periods present

It was originally the main entrance plaza on the east side of the main building.Because the function of the main entrance was cancelled, the floor位于主樓東南側(cè)的庭園，在改造前是對(duì)應(yīng)賓館建筑的功能， 具有旅游度假的濕地公園的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格，與辦公建筑的氣質(zhì)不相符合，需要進(jìn)行整體改造。首先是把一些大型的棕櫚樹移栽到西側(cè)庭園，把原先濕地公園風(fēng)格的水面改造成黑色花崗巖底面的鏡面水池，簡(jiǎn)素風(fēng)格的鏡面水池映襯出主樓和泳池報(bào)告
