After learning , Ss can read the new words and remember most of the words in Unit4. Then Ss can understand the story. 2.By listening to tapes, working in pairs and asking the teacher for help. 設(shè)計意圖:學生對本節(jié)課的教學目標了解,上課時更有目標性。Teaching and learning steps :Step 1:Learn to read the new words of Unit 4.(P90) 1.Ask Ss to read the new words of Unit 4 with their partners . Then check the difficult words. 2.Let the students read the difficult words according to the phonetic symbols and deal with the problems they have in their pronunciation in pairs or groups.3. Get individual students to read the new words to the class, the others listen. If possible ,the teacher gets the student to correct some pronunciations4.Play the tape ! Ss listen and repeat ! Correct their pronunciations.5. Get the students to read by themselves again, and then ask some students to read in front of class. Make sure most students can read the words correctly. 設(shè)計意圖:通過學生的自主學習,合作探究,小組互助達到學習新單詞的目標,同時借助聽錄音矯音,能使學生發(fā)音更標準。Step 2 : Learn to remember words on P90.一. Remember the phrases by answering the questions.(1) With the help of the pictures, teach the prepositions: in on under like thisT: The yellow box is in /on/ under the blue box. Ss: Its under the chair.in the box on the book under the chair 設(shè)計意圖:圖片直觀形象,七年級的學生更感興趣,容易借助圖片信息記住單詞,特別是對于方位介詞,圖片教學更方便直觀形象。3.Finish up 1a and 1b1a. Oh, its on the bed.設(shè)計意圖:思維圖能形象直觀地呈現(xiàn)本節(jié)課的重點單詞,更進一步地做到對單詞的記憶,理解和應用。此圖上出現(xiàn)了本單元出現(xiàn)的幾乎所有單詞,可以借助這個自編小文章或者續(xù)寫上面的短文。Step 5 當堂檢測:(一)詞匯:根據(jù)括號中的漢語提示填寫單詞。1. This is a _ (椅子). 2.
