1、柔性電力技術(shù)論文：基于柔性電力技術(shù)抑制電力系統(tǒng)次同步振蕩研究【中文摘要】近年來(lái)伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增加,電力負(fù)荷持續(xù)增加,但是我國(guó)能源與負(fù)荷分布的不平衡決定了必須采取大容量、遠(yuǎn)距離、超高壓輸電。為提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、增強(qiáng)線(xiàn)路的穩(wěn)定極限、解決我國(guó)現(xiàn)有輸電線(xiàn)路輸送容量低的問(wèn)題,串聯(lián)電容補(bǔ)償工程逐漸增多,但是串聯(lián)補(bǔ)償會(huì)給系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)次同步振蕩問(wèn)題,因此研究次同步振蕩問(wèn)題具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。柔性電力技術(shù)是伴隨著電力電子技術(shù)以及工業(yè)水平的提高提出的概念,該技術(shù)中FACTS裝置的應(yīng)用,為電力系統(tǒng)次同步振蕩抑制提供了又一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的工具。本文在研究了次同步振蕩研究中需要考慮軸系模型的原因、軸系的扭振特性以及次同步

2、振蕩發(fā)生的機(jī)理,在此基礎(chǔ)上采用SVC和STATCOM抑制電網(wǎng)的次同步振蕩問(wèn)題。SVC作為一種無(wú)功補(bǔ)償元件,在我國(guó)電網(wǎng)使用非常廣泛,主要是利用其實(shí)現(xiàn)電壓控制等目標(biāo),但是利用SVC抑制次同步振蕩的相關(guān)研究比較少。本文在研究了SVC的構(gòu)成、工作原理以及利用SVC緩解SSO研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,提出利用發(fā)電機(jī)端轉(zhuǎn)速偏差信號(hào),控制安裝在線(xiàn)路中點(diǎn)位置的SVC,以實(shí)現(xiàn)抑制次同步振蕩的。利用PSCAD/EMTDC對(duì)控制效果進(jìn)行仿真,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。鑒于SVC在國(guó)內(nèi)電網(wǎng)的廣泛應(yīng)用,技術(shù)成熟,利用SVC實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)次同步振蕩的抑制,具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。STATCOM裝置是近年來(lái)出現(xiàn)的全控型器件,與SVC相比較具有控制范

3、圍寬、靈活性強(qiáng)等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文在研究了STATCOM基本原理及國(guó)內(nèi)外采用STATCOM抑制次同步振蕩問(wèn)題研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,提出了以發(fā)電機(jī)端加速信號(hào)為反饋信號(hào),采用電流解耦控制技術(shù),控制安裝在線(xiàn)路中點(diǎn)位置的STATCOM裝置,緩解系統(tǒng)的次同步振蕩的抑制方案。以IEEE第二標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試模型為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)MATLAB/Simulink軟件仿真,驗(yàn)證了該控制策略的正確性和可行性?！居⑽恼縒ith the development of economy in recent years, the load of power system increase rapidly, but the distribut

7、nly using the voltage control of its target, but the research of using SVC to damping SSO is few. In this paper, the basic operation principle of the SVC and the various control strategies are all introduced in detail. Use of generator speed error signal to control SVC that installed in the middle p

8、oint of the circuit is proposed to achieve the objective of damping SSO. The simulation results simulated in PSCAD/EMTDC verified this method is feasibility. Because the technology SVC is mature, so use SVC to damping SSO has strong theoretical and practical significance.STATCOM is a fully controlle

9、d device that based on GTO. Compared with SVC, STATCOM has many advantages, such as wider control range. Based on the principle of STATCOM and the research results of damping SSO with STATCOM Present using remote generator speed acceleration signal by STATCOM which located at the middle of transport lines controlled with decoupled current control method. The simulation results simulated in MATLAB/Simulink on IEEE SBM verified this method is feasibility.
