22、設計單位:文 山永信建筑設計有限公司,監(jiān)理單位:云南城成建設監(jiān)理有限公司 文山分公司,施工單位:麻栗坡縣建筑工程總公司。本工程根據(jù)設計要求分為一號樓、二號樓、三號樓三棟:一號樓建筑占地面積為129 nf,總建筑面積 693.2 itf,結(jié)構為:框架結(jié)構,建設地點:麻栗坡縣紅銀木材加工廠旁,建筑層數(shù):六 層,建筑高度 19.35m,建筑耐久年限:50年,建筑結(jié)構安全等級:二級,耐火等級為二級,建筑抗震設防烈度:6度,屋面防水等級:三級?;A為柱下獨立基礎。二號樓和三號樓相同,其建筑占地面積為246 nf,總建筑面積1340.8 nf,結(jié)構為:框架結(jié)構,建設地點:麻栗坡縣紅銀木材加工廠旁,建筑層數(shù)

23、:六層,建筑高度19.35m,建筑耐久年限:50年,建筑結(jié)構安全等級:二級,耐火等級為二級,建筑抗震設防烈度:6度,屋面防水等級:三級?;A為柱下獨立基礎。二、模板材料選用及安裝方案本模板工程所用方木尺寸為90mm X120mm ,樹種為松木、杉木,頂板模板為20mm厚紅木和1mm厚鐵板,梁、柱模板為20mm厚多層板。1、柱模板柱模板采用20mm厚多層板,豎楞采用60mm x80mm方木(方木均 壓刨修平),每150mm 250mm 一道,橫楞采用(|)48 X3.5mm,離地250mm 設一道,最下面三道間距為 350mm ,以上部分每400mm 一道。2、梁模板梁底模和側(cè)模均采用20mm厚

36、le t coniues to ste nghenig "our god" ladeshipconstucin,fulpayeVs des i eerri - de velpmet i n te頂板模板采用20mm厚多層板和鐵板,小楞木采用 90mm x120mm方 木(方木均壓刨修平),小楞木間距 600mm。4、梁及頂板的支撐體系梁及頂板的承重支撐采用原木支撐架。采用原木支撐架時,其梁的立 桿縱向間距為1000mm,頂板的立桿縱橫向間距均為 950mm。支撐體系掃地桿距地200mm ,縱、橫向水平桿與掃地桿最大間距1765mm。在開間中間兩排立本f沿進深方向墊 250m

37、m X40mm >4000mm 的 通長木板,其余立桿下墊350mm X350mm X40mm的木墊板。三、模板安裝(一)柱模板安裝(1)柱模板安裝前,先進行柱軸線復核,柱軸線經(jīng)復核正確無誤后, 彈出柱模內(nèi)邊框線,然后在邊框線鉆淺孔埋設柱模定位短鋼筋。(2)檢查柱筋保護層完好后立起三向柱模,最后封上另一向柱模板。柱筋封死前應再次檢查保護層墊塊有無移位、脫落,當有移位、脫落等情 況時應及時通知鋼筋工進行修復,未經(jīng)修復,不得封死模板。(3)柱模底部必須留設清掃口,清掃口應能滿足柱腳雜物清除,不留 死角,該孔在硅澆灌前經(jīng)檢查無垃圾雜物及積水后封閉。(4)安裝柱模時宜先立同軸兩端之柱模,然后拉統(tǒng)

38、線逐一立放中間柱 模,并在另一向吊線錘糾正垂直度后逐一固定。(5)設置柱箍:柱箍的規(guī)格、尺寸、間距、材料應符合模板設計對柱 箍的要求,柱箍連接部位要牢固可靠,柱箍間距一般宜下部緊密,往上逐 漸加大。(6)柱模立好后,應在適當位置設置剪刀撐,剪刀撐設置數(shù)量應能確 保柱模側(cè)向穩(wěn)定。(二)梁模板安裝(1)架設梁底模:在柱模與梁模交接部位,在柱模上釘好水平小方木, 方木面標高等于梁底減去底模板厚度,然后劃好定位中線,將梁底板中線 對準定位中線后釘牢。架設梁底模時需在跨中設臨時支撐,兩頭拉線校正 水平度,中間按規(guī)定要求起拱,逐一加設中部支撐。當采用園木支撐時應f bbck bone ba- bone r

51、緊頂柱模板安裝,交接部分應方直,不留 缺角,側(cè)模下沿應能蓋住梁底模,側(cè)模上沿應平直,側(cè)模上沿與樓板模連 接處應密實,局部破損的梁側(cè)模必須先修復然后安裝;小跨度的側(cè)模板宜 整塊制作,長跨度梁側(cè)模應分段預制,分塊吊裝,拼裝時拼接縫必須密實, 裝上后兩端拉通線,檢查上口平直度及側(cè)板垂直度,符合要求后設置斜桿 和水平肋進行固定。(3)梁側(cè)模的支撐應符合模板設計的要求。(4)當梁跨度A4米時,梁模板中部應起拱。當設計無規(guī)定時,起拱高 度為梁全跨度的1%03%0。(三)頂板模板安裝(1)頂板模板材料與構造:頂板底模板采用竹模板。頂板底模板鋪設 在小楞上,小楞采用松方木,小楞擱置在大楞上,大楞可采用松方木。

52、安裝時應先布置支撐,支撐之間設縱、橫向水平桿,離地 200mm高設 一道掃地桿,再在掃地桿1.55m高處設一道縱、橫向水平桿,然后在支撐 定出大楞標高,安裝大楞,再在大楞上布小楞,然后鋪設底模板。頂板模 板各種材料、規(guī)格、間距等應符合模板設計的要求。(2)樓板模板的安裝:采用木支撐時應先在梁模板外側(cè)彈出水平線, 水平線的標高應為樓板底標高減去樓板底模厚度及小楞的高度,然后按水 平線高度架設大楞,大楞下設支撐,支撐下墊上墊板與調(diào)節(jié)高度用的木楔, 然后鋪設小楞,最后鋪釘?shù)啄0濉.敳捎脠@木腳手架時,則應先搭設好支 模梁,立桿間距應符合設計要求,園木大楞面標高應等于樓底標高減去底 模與小楞的高度。(3
