1、摘要本計(jì)算書(shū)是針對(duì)對(duì)襄樊市某房地產(chǎn)商住樓的計(jì)算成果，該建筑位于襄樊市區(qū)臨街側(cè)，六層，框架結(jié)構(gòu)，采用現(xiàn)澆樓板，現(xiàn)澆框架承重，并選擇橫向承重方案。總建筑面積為 2950m2，耐久年限為 50 年，結(jié)構(gòu)按 6 度設(shè)防設(shè)計(jì)，建筑按 6 度設(shè)防設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)類型為框架結(jié)構(gòu)，工程地形、地質(zhì)條件良好，建筑柱網(wǎng)尺寸縱向?yàn)?3.36.6 m，橫向?yàn)?4.8m 和 6.6m，底層層高為 3.9 m，其他各層層高均為 3.0m。首層為商鋪，二層以上為住宅，分為兩個(gè)單元，一梯兩戶，每戶建筑面積在 120 平方米左右，結(jié)構(gòu)平面布置見(jiàn)附圖。建筑設(shè)計(jì)造型以簡(jiǎn)潔、明快為主，適當(dāng)做一些變化，考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)要求，為了合理的利用和分配建筑用
