21、eration effect. Practical critical size is lager than the calculated value. In engineering, a cutting size d50(grain-size efficiency= 50% )is more often applied. Meaning of d50 assume that on those particles the centrifugal and resistance forces are balances and their position is at the half of the
22、precipitation distance. 26、體后隨之分為兩路,較大的顆粒隨向下旋轉(zhuǎn)的主流氣體運(yùn)動,沉到筒壁落下;細(xì)微粒則隨一小部分氣體在頂部旋轉(zhuǎn)聚集形成灰環(huán),再隨氣流經(jīng)旁路分離室旋轉(zhuǎn)向下并沿壁面落下。 這種結(jié)構(gòu)能促進(jìn)細(xì)粉塵的聚結(jié),對細(xì)粉的分離效率較高。阻力系數(shù)一般為 6-7。 20Types of cyclonesCLK 型:擴(kuò)散式旋風(fēng)分離器,帶倒錐體,并在錐的底部裝有反射屏,反射屏可使已被分離的粉塵沿著錐體與反射屏之間的環(huán)縫落入灰斗,有效防止了上升的凈化氣體重新把粉塵卷起帶出,從而提高了除塵效率。 適用于捕集粒度在 5-10m 以下的干燥的非纖維顆粒粉塵。阻力系數(shù)在 7.5-9 之間。 21Types of cyclones新型高效低

32、es of centrifugal subsiderAccording to their structure, the subsiders can be divided as 無孔轉(zhuǎn)鼓離心機(jī) 間歇操作。懸浮液由轉(zhuǎn)鼓底部加入,隨轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn),在離心力作用下顆粒向轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁沉降,清液從內(nèi)層溢流。隨著鼓壁上沉渣增厚,液體有效流道面積減小,軸向流速增大,臨界粒徑增大,溢流液澄清度降低,到一定程度時則停止加料,降速后用機(jī)械刮刀或停機(jī)后人工卸出沉渣。常用于處理粒度為 540m、固液密度差大于 50kg/m3、固含量小于 10% 的懸浮液分離。 28types of centrifugal subsider螺旋
