22、nt Office, Concierge, Business Centre and Banyan Tree Club are headed by the Front Office Manager. 27、工的程序和制度Necessary Documents for Employment雇傭必需的文件The selected applicant has to submit the following credentials to the Personnel Office:被選擇的面試人員必需向人事部提供以下資料:photogtaphs of half-length, full face and without hat and black glasses, X / in size, taken not longer than six months previously張近照拍攝時(shí)間不超越六個(gè)月半身

29、nts根據(jù)酒店要求提供身體安康證明Accurate personnel records are important to the Hotel. An associate should keep Human Resources informed of his/her personal status by completing a change of status form in the Human Resources Department, and by bringing any new or updated documents such as marital status, level of

30、education, etc. An associate must notify the Human Resources Department, as soon as possible, of any changes. 為酒店提供準(zhǔn)確的資料是非常重要的。假設(shè)個(gè)人資料有所變卦請立刻向人力資源部匯報(bào),諸如婚姻和學(xué)歷情況等,并提供相關(guān)證明資料。Employment Procedures雇傭程序A qualified applicant who will be employed needs to pass the following procedures:一位合格的應(yīng)聘者需求經(jīng)過以下程序:Pass t

31、he English Test from the Training Department and pass the first stage interview from the Personnel Manager.經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)部的英文測試和人事部經(jīng)理的第一次面試。Pass the test and interview from the Department Head, Division Director and/or the General Manager.經(jīng)過部門總監(jiān),部門經(jīng)理和/或總經(jīng)理的第二次面試。Hold the previous satisfied work experiences re

32、cord.具有良好的任務(wù)記錄。Be certified medically fit by the designated hospital.持有指定醫(yī)院出具的安康證。The Hotel will not consider any applicant who was dismissed or have unpleasant reference from other place of work.對于沒有良好任務(wù)記錄的應(yīng)聘者,本酒店將不予思索。In the case of re-hiring previously terminated associates, approval must be obta

33、ined from the General Manager.再次懇求入職的員工必需得到總經(jīng)理的特別同意。Employment of Family Members酒店員工親屬的聘用It is the policy of Banyan Tree Lijiang to hire a spouse or close relative only under very special circumstances.僅在非常特殊的情況下,麗江悅榕莊才會(huì)思索雇傭員工的配偶或近親。Probation Period 試用期A new associate is subject to a probationary pe

34、riod of - months for all levels.一切的新入職員工都有至個(gè)月的試用期。A new associate, after completion of days and days, must be appraised by Supervisor or Department Head.部門主管或經(jīng)理將在新員工入職至天內(nèi)對其進(jìn)展評價(jià)。If the performance evaluation is satisfied, Hotel will confirm the employment by written confirmation letter.對于表現(xiàn)良好的員工,酒店將以

35、書面方式做出一定。 A probationary associate may be discharged at anytime without prior notice and heshe is not entitled to compensation of any kind including advance notice.酒店保管在不提早通知的情況下終了試用期和不做出任何賠償?shù)臋?quán)益。If an associate is promoted or transferred a probationary prejudice to any other termination clauses in t

36、hat handbook or relevant employment contract, the failure to satisfy the performance standard of the promoted position in the probationary period will not result in the termination of the promoted of the employment contract, alternatively, such promoted employee shall be degraded to his /her origina

37、l position.一切職位提升或部門換的員工都有試用期。在不影響本手冊及相關(guān)勞動(dòng)合同中關(guān)于中指條款的前提下,被升職員工在該等試用期內(nèi)未到達(dá)升值職位之要求的,勞動(dòng)合同并不終止,然而,該等被升職員工將被除數(shù)退回原任務(wù)崗位。Promotion and Transfer職位提升和部門互換When a position is open in the hotel, it will be posted on the associates bulletin board by the associates entrance, and in Human Resources for a minimum of d

38、ays.當(dāng)酒店有任何空缺職位時(shí),人力資源部將在員工入口處的信息預(yù)告板上公布最少天。Generally, interdepartmental and inter-hotel transfers will not occur prior to four months of continuous employment .if the associates wish is to transfer to another department, a Request for Traansfer forms must be employed. If they with to transfer to anoth

39、er department, a Request for Transfer forms must be completed and approved by their department head. These forms are available in the Human Resources Department. All interviews will be arranged by Human Resources.總體而言,酒店內(nèi)部或集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的互換不能在入職四個(gè)月之內(nèi)。假設(shè)員工希望互換到其他部門需求填寫互換部門懇求表并得到其所在部門擔(dān)任人的同意。人力資源部可以提供互換部門懇求表,并安排

40、相關(guān)所需面議。It is the philosophy of the Banyan Tree to promote from within whenever possible based upon job-related qualifications. How well an associate does in their present job ,attendance record, attitude, training as well as the willingness to do more than simply meet expectations, all play a signif

41、icant role in the eligibility for promotion. Promotion is not based on seniority. 悅榕集團(tuán)的提升理念是:基于員工在現(xiàn)任崗位上的任務(wù)表現(xiàn)及態(tài)度、考勤記錄、培訓(xùn)表現(xiàn),和超越期望的任務(wù)志愿給予提升思索。提升將以上述的一切優(yōu)秀表現(xiàn)為根底,而不是以資歷進(jìn)展評價(jià)。In case of transfer or promotions, an associate will observe an on-the job probation. Unless stated otherwise, all transfer and promo

42、tions will be officially confirmed in writing after the probation period.無論是提升或是互換部門,他們都將察看試用期間的員工表現(xiàn) 。除特殊協(xié)議外,全部的部門互換或提升將在試用期滿后以書面方式作正式通知。The company reserves the right to transfer any associate to work in a new position whenever deemed appropriate or necessary ,although the action may require change

43、s of work schedule or conditions, department and location due to distance from the associate residence. The salary and benefits package of the associate shall remain the same or be adjusted.酒店保管在情況需求時(shí)將員工互換到其它崗位的權(quán)益,雖然做出的調(diào)整能夠會(huì)影響到任務(wù)時(shí)間、任務(wù)環(huán)境、部門和與其員工居住地的遠(yuǎn)近間隔 。薪金和福利會(huì)堅(jiān)持不變或做出調(diào)整。Attendance考勤Associates are a v

44、aluable part of the team and it is important for an associate to be on time and ready to work each day that he /she is scheduled, if an associate is unable to report to work or expects to be late for any reason, an associate is required to notify his /her supervisor or Department Head no later than

45、hours (depending upon the departmental policies) before the scheduled starting time to allow replacement arrangements to be made.對于他們而言每位職員都不得是團(tuán)隊(duì)中重要的一環(huán),每位職員必需按照時(shí)間表準(zhǔn)時(shí)上下班。假設(shè)任何緣由影響職員無法逆命題以崗,職員必需提早兩個(gè)小時(shí)以部門要求為準(zhǔn)通知部門主管或擔(dān)任人以便做出適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整與安排。An associate should advise his/her Supervisor or Department Head of the r

46、easons for his/her absence as well as the anticipated arrival time or date of return. If the Supervisor or Department Head is not available, the associate should contact other management personnel. It is an associates responsibility to contact his/her direct supervisor as soon as possible. Messages

47、left with fellow associates will not be accepted as notification of an absence.員工需求懇求假期必需提早請示部門主管或擔(dān)任人,并提供缺勤由和返崗日期。假設(shè)不能及時(shí)聯(lián)絡(luò)上部門主管或擔(dān)任人那么必需請示人力資源部。員工有責(zé)任盡早通知其所在部門的其他主管。未經(jīng)部門主管或擔(dān)任人答應(yīng)的留言比如:由同事轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)將是不被接受的并按缺勤處置。If absence from work is more than three days due to illness or injury, an associate may be required

48、to submit a appointed doctors note upon his /her return to work. An associate should call the Supervisor or Department Head on the first day of his absence and provide him/her with an estimated date of return. When an associate is ready to return to work, he /she must notify his /her Supervisor or D

49、epartment Head the day before. If an associate returns to work and has not called to notify his /her supervisor, it is possible the associate may be sent home due to his /her shift being covered by another associate.三天以上因生病或受傷的病假必需出示指定醫(yī)院的病假單。員工必需第一時(shí)間將病假所需天數(shù)通知部門主管或擔(dān)任人并在前往任務(wù)前一天與部門主管或擔(dān)任人確認(rèn)假設(shè)沒有進(jìn)展砍認(rèn),將有能夠

50、由于其他同事替代其崗位而被要求回家。If an advocate wishes to be excused from work for a particular day for any reason other than sickness or injury,an associate needs to apply for leave from hisher Department Head or Supervisor and obtain hisher prior written approval.假設(shè)不是由于生病或受傷,員工需求提早才書面方式對部門主管或擔(dān)任人提出假期懇求并且得到其書面答應(yīng)。A

51、n associate is responsible for being in place to start the shift as scheduled. Tardiness and excessive absenteeism are sufficient grounds for disciplinary action which may include suspension andor termination.假設(shè)員工在規(guī)定假期終了后沒有按時(shí)報(bào)到,將會(huì)面臨包括能夠中止和/或解除合同的紀(jì)律處分。Overtime加班Due to the workload of the hotel, the s

52、upervisor may ask associates to work beyond the normal shift and, whenever possible ,associates will be given advance notice . overtime work will be distributed as equitably as possible to equalize the opportunity for overtime among all associates in a given work schedule ,while meeting the company

53、high level of service commitment .overtime must be approved in advance by the supervisor.在酒店任務(wù)需求的情況下,部門主管有權(quán)益要求員工加班。假設(shè)時(shí)間答應(yīng)的話,員工會(huì)提早收到通知。在保證酒店高程度效力的前提下,一切員工將會(huì)公平的承當(dāng)加班責(zé)任。一切的加班都必需得到由部門主管的事先答應(yīng)。Working hours not recorded or reforming overtime work not specifically authorized in advance, are both serious vio

54、lations of hotel policy and may result in disciplinary action.沒有記錄的任務(wù)時(shí)間和不被部門主管答應(yīng)的加班將不予認(rèn)可,兩種情況均嚴(yán)重違背酒店制度,并會(huì)遭到酒店紀(jì)律處分。Resignation辭職It is the policy of the hotel to do exit interview with all associate who would like to resign from the hotel .for more information, see “Part : Termination of Employment.根據(jù)

55、酒店政策一切懇求辭職的員工將被面試以了解離任緣由,詳細(xì)細(xì)節(jié)可參閱“第八節(jié)員工離任。It is the Banyan Trees philosophy that associates and the company both benefit from frank and objective performance appraisals.
