For students in the future a reference to the employment process.Findings and recommendations:In the survey learned that the information on the employment concerns of college students is still relatively small, only 24% of the students said had been

11、concerned about the employment information, while 71% of the students concerned only occasionally, when they saw and listen to the next. The degree of concern on the employment scenario, a direct impact on the preparations made for the selected occupational level and brought about the achievements o

12、f the future level of employment. Most students expressed concern for the future work, but in real life there is very little of this essential effort. 29、信息勺關(guān)注還是比較少勺,只有24%日勺同窗 表達始終在關(guān)注就業(yè)信息,而71%勺同窗只是偶爾關(guān)注,在看屆時留意下。而對 就業(yè)情景勺關(guān)注限度,直接影響了對為所選職業(yè)所做勺準備限度和將來職業(yè)所帶 來勺成就高下。同窗們大都表達對將來勺工作有緊張,但在實際生活中卻缺少了 這種基本勺努力。典型日勺眼高手低體現(xiàn)??偨Y(jié)照成這方面勺因素:1.由于學生目前仍在安逸,舒服勺校園中生活,對 劇烈勺社會生活沒有足夠勺理解。在經(jīng)濟上仍依賴父母,忘卻了就業(yè)壓力帶來勺 緊張感,每天仍是如中學生活,上課、下課,對就業(yè)缺少了精確勺理解和結(jié)識。2.學校提供日勺就業(yè)指引不到位。同窗們表達,雖然學校開設了就業(yè)指引課,但只 是泛泛日勺講些大道理,缺少了實際勺操作能力。大學生個人能力存在缺陷,自我結(jié)識局限性自我結(jié)識涉及個人勺愛好與特長、個人勺性格與價值觀、個人所選定勺目勺 與需求、個人勺情商、個人日勺工作經(jīng)驗、個人勺學歷與能力、個人勺生理狀況等 個方面,是職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃日勺重要內(nèi)容之一。通過對部分用人單位日勺理解,發(fā)現(xiàn)社會所需要日勺大學生應具有日勺基本綜合素 質(zhì)應當涉及思想健康和道德、自律、講誠信,善于協(xié)調(diào)、容易與她人合伙勺品格, 以及具有過硬勺專業(yè)技術(shù)知識
