They are located in Gongxian County, Sichuan Province. Actually, the entire site is just the Bo Peoples village. When you

29、walk along the bumpy road, you can see the black coffins suspended on the cliffs. They are the suspended coffins well-known all over the world. The suspended coffins are also found in other parts of China, but Matangba, Sumawan are the most concentrated places for the suspended coffins in the world.

30、 Matangba is also called Valley of Bo People, where a Bo village was set up. Suspended Coffins of the Bo PeWhen you walk along the valley, you will see some 223 coffins on 21 cliffs of the mountains. The coffins were suspended 20 to 60 meters high. On the cliffs you can see the dense wooden-pile hol

31、es and more than 200 red-colored cliff pictures. The cliff pictures depict various activities such as the horse-riding, archery, dance and acrobatics.
