附錄 A: 淺談汽車制動系統(tǒng)及其發(fā)展趨勢 制動系統(tǒng)作用是:使行駛中的汽車按照駕駛員的要求進行強制減速甚至停車;使已停駛的汽車在各種道路條件下 (包括在坡道上 )穩(wěn)定駐車;使下坡行駛的汽車速度保持穩(wěn)定。 對汽車起制動作用的只能是作用在汽車上且方向與汽車行駛方向相反的外力,而這些外力的大小都是隨機的、不可控制的,因此汽車上必須裝設(shè)一系列專門裝置以實現(xiàn)上述功能。 汽車制動系統(tǒng)是指為了在技術(shù)上保證汽車的安全行駛,提高汽車的平均贊嘆速度等,而在汽車上安裝制動裝置專門的制動機構(gòu)。一般來說汽車制動系統(tǒng)包括行車制動裝置和停車制動 裝置兩套獨立的裝置。其中行車制動裝置是由駕駛員用腳來操縱的,故又稱腳制動裝置。停車制動裝置是由駕駛員用手操縱的,故又稱手制動裝置。 行車制動裝置的功用是使正在行駛中的汽車減速或在最短的距離內(nèi)停車。而停車制動裝置的功用是使已經(jīng)停在各種路面上的汽車保持不動。但是,有時在緊急情況下,兩種制動裝置可同時使用而增加汽車制動的效果。有些特殊用途的汽車和經(jīng)常在山區(qū)行駛的汽車,長期而又頻繁地制動將導(dǎo)致行車制動裝置過熱,因此在這些汽車上往往增設(shè)各種不同型式的輔助制動裝置,以便在下坡時穩(wěn)定車速。 按照制動能源情況,制動系還可分 為人力制動系、動力制動系、和伺服制動系等 3 種。人力制動系以駕駛員的體力作為制動能源;動力制動系以發(fā)動機動力所轉(zhuǎn)化的氣壓或液壓作為制動能源;而伺服制動系則是兼用人力和發(fā)動機動力作為制動能源。此外,按照制動能量的傳遞方式,制動系又可分為機械式、液壓式、氣壓式和電磁式等到幾種。 在種類汽車制動系統(tǒng)中,制動器是汽車制動系中用以產(chǎn)生阻止車輛運動或運動趨勢的力的部件。目前,種類汽車所使用的制動器都是摩擦制動器,也就是阻止汽車運動的制動力矩來源于固定元件和旋轉(zhuǎn)工作表面之間的摩擦。 形式分類 鼓式剎車 鼓式剎車是一種傳統(tǒng)的制動系統(tǒng),其工作原理可以很形象地用一只咖啡杯來形容剎車鼓就像咖啡杯,當您 將五個手指伸入旋轉(zhuǎn)的咖啡杯時,手指就是剎車片 ,只要您將五指向外一張,摩擦咖啡杯內(nèi)壁 ,咖啡杯就會停止旋轉(zhuǎn)汽車上的鼓式剎車簡單點說是 由制動油泵 ,活塞 ,剎車片和鼓室組成 ,剎車時由制動分泵的高壓剎車油推動活塞, 對兩片半月形的制動蹄片施加作用力 ,使其壓緊鼓室內(nèi)壁 ,靠摩擦力阻止剎車鼓轉(zhuǎn)動從而達到制動效果。 碟式剎車 同樣 ,碟式剎車的工作原理可用一只碟子來形容,您用拇指和食指捏住旋轉(zhuǎn)的碟子時 ,碟子也會停止旋轉(zhuǎn)汽車上的碟式剎車是由剎車油泵 ,一個與車輪相連的剎車圓盤和圓盤上的剎車卡鉗組成剎車時,高壓剎車油推動卡鉗內(nèi)的活塞 ,將制動蹄片壓向剎車盤從而產(chǎn)生制動效果。 碟式剎車碟式剎車有時也叫盤式剎車 ,它分普通盤式剎車和通風(fēng)盤式剎車兩種。 通風(fēng)盤式剎 車是在兩塊剎車盤之間預(yù)留出一個空隙 ,使氣流在空隙中穿過 ,有些通風(fēng)盤還在盤面上鉆出許多圓形通風(fēng)孔,或是在盤面上割出通風(fēng)槽或預(yù)制出矩形的通風(fēng)孔通風(fēng)盤式剎車利用風(fēng)流作用 ,其冷熱效果要比普通盤式剎車更好。碟式剎車的主要優(yōu)點是在高速剎車時能迅速制動,散熱效果優(yōu)于鼓式剎車 ,制動效能的恒定性好 ,便于安裝像 ABS 那樣的高級電子設(shè)備鼓式剎車的主要優(yōu)點是剎車蹄片磨損較少 ,成本較低 ,便于維修、由于鼓式剎車的絕對制動力遠遠高于碟式剎車 ,所以普遍用 于后輪驅(qū)動 的卡車上 . 盤式制動器 近年來,汽車速度在不斷提高,貨車和大客車的總重不 斷增加。另外,轎車的重心普遍降低和廣泛采用小直徑寬斷面的輪胎,使制動器安裝位置受到限制,因此在重型貨車和轎車上采用制動熱穩(wěn)定能較好的盤式制動器的日益增多。而盤式制動器可分為鉗盤式制動器和全盤式制動器兩種。 電控單元 ABS 防抱死制動系統(tǒng)是一種汽車電子系統(tǒng),它包括一個電子控制單元、數(shù)個輪速感應(yīng)器和一個內(nèi)含電滋閥的閥門總成。電子控制單元通過輪速感應(yīng)器傳來的脈沖變動來掌握車輪的運行狀況。當某一個車輪有可能產(chǎn)生抱死狀態(tài)時,電子控制單元就會向電滋閥發(fā)出指令,使其通過快速開關(guān)來達到控制剎車,調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。一般來說,這種快速開關(guān)閥門的動作每秒鐘可達 12 次之多。某些高級車型的 ABS 可以擁有四套回路系統(tǒng),即 “ 四回路 ABS” 。這種高科技產(chǎn)品主要有電子式和機械式兩種類型。電子式安全系數(shù)較高,價格也高,原來只是配置在大型豪華轎車之上 ,現(xiàn)在,中小型普通轎車也開始配置;機械式安全系數(shù)較低,價格也低,一般只在商用車上使用。在我國,東風(fēng)汽車公司自 1992 年開始組織開發(fā)ABS,并于 1995 年 12 月通過技術(shù)鑒定。四川車安技術(shù)開發(fā)公司研制的 “ 車安 ”牌 ABS,已經(jīng)在部分微型車上使用。 ABS 已成為 20 世紀汽車科技的主流,所有汽車都配置 ABS 的時代已經(jīng)為期不遠。著名馬克思主義教育家馬卡連柯在談到人的自制力時曾經(jīng)比方說: “ 沒有制動器就不可能有汽車 ” ??梢?,汽車的制動系統(tǒng)與人自制力一樣,都是須臾不可離開的東西。但是,傳統(tǒng)的制動系統(tǒng)雖然可以起到緊急剎車的作用, 卻容易導(dǎo)致汽車輪胎的抱死。當輪胎被抱死之后,由于慣性,汽車仍然會在路面上滑行一段距離。輪胎由滾動變?yōu)榛校ゲ料禂?shù)增大,附著系數(shù)降低,汽車橫向位移,極易導(dǎo)致磨損、爆胎、側(cè)滑、甩尾等事故的發(fā)生。為了克服傳統(tǒng)制動系統(tǒng)的抱死現(xiàn)象,人們發(fā)明了 “ABS 防抱死制動系統(tǒng)( Anti lock Braking System)。該系統(tǒng)的原理就是緊急剎車時,既保持輪胎轉(zhuǎn)動,又防止輪胎抱死,以維持最大的剎車力量;同時也對車輪進行迅速、準確、有效、安全的控制,使車輪的縱向附著系數(shù)達到峰值,側(cè)向附著系數(shù)也保持較高狀態(tài),從而達到提高制動 速度、縮短制動距離、穩(wěn)定制動方向、防止車輪抱死的效果。 維護 一級維護的時機一般按汽車生產(chǎn)廠家推薦或規(guī)定的行駛里程或使用時間進行。一級維護的間隔里程約為 7500km15000km 或 6 個月,以行駛里程或使用時間先達到為準。一級維護由專業(yè)維修工負責(zé)執(zhí)行。其作業(yè)中心內(nèi)容除日常維護作業(yè)外,以清潔、潤滑、緊固為主,并檢查有關(guān)制動、操縱等安全部件。 失靈處理 當發(fā)生制動失效時,司機首先要保持沉著冷靜,切莫驚慌失措。正確的措施是:在根據(jù) 路況和車速控制好方向的同時迅速減檔。高速檔搶人直接檔再迅速搶人中速檔,這時發(fā)動機會有很大的牽引阻力使車速迅速降低,此時可以用手制動再迅速搶進低速檔和最低檔,然后用手制動控制車輛停住。如手制動效果不好也可利用山坡迫使車輛停下或低速控制車輛至平坦路段逐漸停下。上坡制動失效時應(yīng)適時減入中、低速檔。保持足夠的動力駛上坡頂停車。如需半坡停車,應(yīng)保持前進低檔位,拉緊手制動,隨車人員及時用石塊、墊木等物品卡住車輪,如有后滑現(xiàn)象,車尾應(yīng)朝山坡或安全一面,并打開大燈和緊急信號燈以引起前后車輛的注意和避讓。這里,要 指出的是那種不減速就直接往山坡上靠的措施是極其危險的,高速劇烈的刮撞會直接損壞車輛并容易被山坡反彈造成碰撞和翻車,而且很多路段并沒有山坡,所以利用發(fā)動機牽引阻力來控制車速才是明智和正確的,而現(xiàn)代車輛的變速同步裝置也給快速強行搶檔提供了方便性和可靠性。 此外,值得提及的是車輛在下長坡,陡坡時不管有無情況都應(yīng)輕踩一下制動,它的好處在于一是檢驗一下制動性能,二是一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)制動失常可以贏得控制事故的時間,減少驚慌情緒,做到冷靜控制車輛。其實這也稱之為預(yù)見性制動。您千萬可別小看這一腳預(yù)見性制動,車輛在行駛中各種故障都有 可能發(fā)生,制動失效也不例外,預(yù)見性制動可使我們在突發(fā)故障時化險為夷,轉(zhuǎn)危為安。 動力性 我們在進行汽車交易的過程中,必須要進行路試,然而,在路試的過程中必須要考慮到車輛的動力性,那么,什么是汽車的動力性呢?
