廣播稿 國際殘疾人日專題 A:親愛的老師，同學(xué)們大家早上好！雛鷹廣播站現(xiàn)在開始播音。我是 *，今天和我一起為大家廣播的是 *同學(xué)。 B：大家好，我是 *。 當你每天迎著朝陽，走向光明的人生時，你可曾想到在我們周圍有一群人卻是需要依靠冰冷的輪椅度過人生的每一個臺階；當你和家人齊聚在電視機旁，共同欣賞每一個精彩節(jié)目，你可曾想起你周圍還有一群人卻連聆聽鳥語、觀看藍天也是一種奢望。同在一片藍天下，這些殘疾人的生活，較之我們，又是如此的艱苦！面對命運的不公平，他們，更需要家人的親情和世人的溫情。明天是 12 月 3 日，是“國際殘疾人日”。 “國際殘疾人日”的確立，說明在世界范圍內(nèi)，殘疾人事業(yè)日益引起廣泛關(guān)注，不同種族的人們都開始形成一個共識，殘疾人事業(yè)是人道主義的事業(yè)，是一項崇高而又光榮的事業(yè)，是人類進步和正義的事業(yè)。慶祝國際殘疾人日給人們提供了一個機會，使其改變對殘疾人的態(tài)度，并消除影響殘疾人充分參與到生活各個方面中來的障礙。 A：目前全球共有6 億多殘疾人，約占全球總?cè)丝诘?10%，其中 80%分布在發(fā)展中國家。 在中國，約有 6000 萬殘疾人，約占我們國家人口總數(shù)的 5%。殘疾人由于先天或后天的不幸，導(dǎo)致個人生理或心 理的殘缺，他們的生活處處面臨著一個正常人想象 不到的困難。走進如此龐大的一個特殊弱勢人群，我們不難看到苦澀的面容，不難聽到悲慘的故事，但是外表的殘缺并不能阻礙一顆顆美麗心靈對生活的擁抱，我們同樣會看到一段段身殘志堅演繹的感動。 給予能給別人送去幫助，同時也給自己帶來一份快樂，這是一種善良，是一種美德，更是一種精神，相信我們每個同學(xué)都有一顆善良的心，能在爸爸媽媽的支持下無私地幫助我們身邊的殘疾兒童，尤其是曾經(jīng)獲得過幫助的同學(xué)，更能踴躍地幫助殘疾人，給他們送去陽光和快樂。 B：那么我們怎樣關(guān)愛殘疾人呢？我認為應(yīng) 該從以下四個方面來努力： 首先，基本的態(tài)度應(yīng)該是尊重殘疾人。從人類社會發(fā)展的角度看，自有人類開始就有殘疾人，殘疾人同其他社會成員一樣，是人類的組成部分，就如年齡、性別、種族一樣，是人的多樣性、差異性的一種表現(xiàn)。各個民族應(yīng)該相互尊重，不同性別應(yīng)該相互尊重，不同年齡的人應(yīng)該相互尊重，人與人之間都應(yīng)該相互尊重。健全人尊重殘疾人，也就是尊重自己和尊重生命。 第二，要承認殘疾人的價值和能力。歷史和現(xiàn)實都證明，殘疾人不僅有人的尊嚴和權(quán)利，而且也有能力成為社會財富的創(chuàng)造者、社會進步的推動者。 第三，要了解和走近殘疾人?？?待殘疾人，不能只盯著他不能干什么，而要看到他能干什么。他們和健全人一樣，有坎坷，有奮斗，有酸苦的淚水，也有成功的微笑。殘疾人樂觀進取，積極參與社會生活，就能克服自卑感和依賴心理，適應(yīng)社會，融入社會。 A： 2008 殘奧會是一個大舞臺。在這個舞臺上，上演了殘疾人運動員頑強拼搏、挑戰(zhàn)生命極限的壯歌，無論在北京的“鳥巢”、“水立方”，還是在香港的賽馬場、青島的碧海藍天，大家都目睹了殘疾人運動員的英姿。他們在天地之間書寫出一個閃爍著人道主義光輝的大寫的“人”字。 第四，要關(guān)愛和幫助殘疾人。我們要理解，造成殘疾人問題的 主要原因往往不是殘疾本身，而是外界障礙。任何人權(quán)利的實現(xiàn)和能力的發(fā)揮都離不開社會的補償條件。 B：同學(xué)們，大家肯定不會忘記我們曾經(jīng)接受過社會及身邊許多好心人的關(guān)愛和幫助，我們要學(xué)會感恩，學(xué)會回報，當看到身邊的人有困難時，伸出自己的雙手把愛心獻給他們。同學(xué)們，讓我們用一起行動起來，用真心來關(guān)愛生命，關(guān)愛殘疾人！ 雛鷹廣播站今日廣播到此結(jié)束，同學(xué)們，再見！ A: Dear teacher, classmates Good morning everyone!
