1、袋式除塵器論文:基于CAE的袋式除塵器多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化【中文摘要】多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù)(MDO)是針對復(fù)雜工程問題的優(yōu)化提出的一種方法,主要應(yīng)用在航空航天業(yè)的復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化問題上,并得到飛速的發(fā)展。目前,多學(xué)科計(jì)優(yōu)化已成為復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)嶄新的發(fā)展方向,是許多國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議討論的主題。本文對多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù)體系和方法應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù)和方法引入工業(yè)除塵設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,實(shí)現(xiàn)了袋式除塵器的多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化,有效的提高了袋式除塵器的綜合性能。具體完成了如下工作:一、在對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù)方法的理論及工程應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀、多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù)體系進(jìn)行調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了多

2、學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化技術(shù)體系的定義、組成及實(shí)質(zhì),對目前存在的多學(xué)科優(yōu)化算法及其流程、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析對比。二、分析了協(xié)同優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)本質(zhì),建立協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型;對基于CEA技術(shù)的協(xié)同優(yōu)化框架的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,引進(jìn)響應(yīng)面近似方法,建立了基于響應(yīng)面協(xié)同優(yōu)化算法數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過算例作了深入研究。三、針對袋式除塵器這一產(chǎn)品復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合工程實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)要求,確定計(jì)算區(qū)域,給出計(jì)算工況及相關(guān)假設(shè),建立了袋式除塵器基于響應(yīng)面協(xié)同優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型。對袋式除塵器多目標(biāo)進(jìn)行線性加權(quán)處理,構(gòu)建了袋式除塵器綜合性能評價(jià)函數(shù)。四、在CAE集成環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)了袋式除塵器的多學(xué)科設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法的計(jì)算框架,并成功將Gambit、Fluent及ANSYS等C

3、EA軟件進(jìn)行集成,建立了針對協(xié)同優(yōu)化特殊計(jì)算框架所需要并行計(jì)算的運(yùn)行環(huán)境;利用該設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化框架對袋式除塵器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化,取得了良好的效果,為復(fù)雜工業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種新的設(shè)計(jì)方法?!居⑽恼縈ultidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) is a method for optimization of complex engineering problems. Now,it is mainly used in complex product design optimization of aerospace industry,and rapid devel

Currently, Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) has become a new direction for complex product design.In this paper, I research MDOs system and methods, on this basis,introduct it to industrial dust-removal equipment design,achieve MDO of bag filter, effectively improve the comprehensi

5、ve performance of bag filter.Specifically completed the following work:First, on the basis of the domestic and international scholars researching on MDOs theory of technical methods,engineering application status and system, I discuss the MDOs definition,composition and substance, Meanwhile, analyze

6、 and contrast MDOs algorithm, process, characteristic.Second, I analyze the mathematical nature of collaborative optimization and create mathematical model of collaborative optimization. On the process of achieving CEA-based collaborative optimization framework, I introduce response surface approxim

7、ation, establish collaborative optimization algorithm based on response surface and depth study by an example.Third, for bag filter such a complex structure, in combination with engineering design requirements, I determine the computational domain, propose calculation condition and underlying assump

8、tions, establish collaborative optimization algorithm based on response surface for bag filter. I execute linear weighting for bag filter multi-objective and establish comprehensive performance evaluation function.Fourth, I achieve the multi-disciplinary design optimization computational framework u

9、nder the CAE environment, successfully integrate Gambit, Fluent and ANSYS such as CEA software and establish parallel operating environment for collaborative optimization special computing framework. Making use of design optimization framework, I design and optimize the bag filter, achieve good results, provide a new design for design of complex indus
