連續(xù)排污膨脹器說明書

1、一、用途連續(xù)排污膨脹器的作用就在于將鍋爐排污水?dāng)U容蒸發(fā)出蒸汽并將蒸汽與污水分離開來。分離出來的蒸汽可回收到熱力系統(tǒng)中去(如將蒸汽引至除氧器等)；未蒸發(fā)的排污水可送入排污冷卻器，以加熱軟化水等。由此可見，連續(xù)排污膨脹器是保證有效地利用鍋爐排污水所含熱能的前級(jí)處理設(shè)備。二、工作原理來自鍋爐的連續(xù)排污水為鍋爐工作壓力下的飽和水，溫度高、焓值大，若突然降低其壓力，水的汽化點(diǎn)降低，使原來的飽和狀態(tài)被破壞，一部份水放出過熱熱量成為新壓力下的飽和水，一部分水吸收蒸發(fā)潛熱而成為蒸汽。這種蒸發(fā)稱為閃蒸蒸發(fā)。連續(xù)排污膨脹器就是利用閃蒸蒸發(fā)的原理來獲得二次蒸汽的，其有一定參數(shù)的鍋爐排污水從管道突然被輸入體積比管道大

2、若干倍的膨脹器后，壓力降低，體積增大，從而閃蒸蒸發(fā)出蒸汽。同時(shí)，連續(xù)排污膨脹器依靠離子分離，重力分離和分子摩擦力分離來將氣、水分開，從而獲得低含鹽量的二次蒸汽，排污水從切向管進(jìn)入膨脹器，使流體旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生的蒸汽沿膨脹器上升，經(jīng)過一段空間后再通過百葉窗汽水分離裝置最后分離，從而完成汽與水的整個(gè)分離過程。三、結(jié)構(gòu)型式及主要規(guī)格連續(xù)排污膨脹器由主體、管系及附件等組成。連續(xù)排污膨脹器的主體為一圓柱形殼體加內(nèi)部裝置組成。內(nèi)部裝置有隔板、百葉窗汽水分離器和用于控制調(diào)節(jié)閥的浮球等。為了便于檢修，或采用法蘭聯(lián)接式殼體，或在殼體上裝上人孔。連續(xù)排污膨脹器的型式分為立式和掛式兩種：立式膨脹器的支座在底部可安放在地面

3、上，掛式膨脹器的支座在腰間，可安放在平臺(tái)上，此外，外部裝有安全閥、壓力表、水位調(diào)節(jié)閥、液面計(jì)等附件。連續(xù)排污膨脹器的主要規(guī)格：設(shè)計(jì)壓力：1.5MPa設(shè)計(jì)溫度：365全 容 積：3.5m3管系采用了旁路結(jié)構(gòu)，便于調(diào)節(jié)閥失靈時(shí)或大量排污時(shí)應(yīng)急用。四、安裝要求1、設(shè)備安裝必須遵守<壓力容器安全監(jiān)察規(guī)程>的有關(guān)條款。2、安裝前使用單位應(yīng)會(huì)同安裝施工單位對(duì)隨機(jī)文件及設(shè)備進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)檢查和驗(yàn)收，對(duì)于因運(yùn)輸而產(chǎn)生的危急正常使用和安全的變形和損壞，必須進(jìn)行修復(fù)后方準(zhǔn)安裝使用。3、產(chǎn)品合格證、質(zhì)量證明書、安裝使用說明書及總圖等技術(shù)資料不齊全時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)安裝使用。4、將設(shè)備在支座基礎(chǔ)上安裝就位，且找正位置。5

4、、將人孔、檢查孔打開，及將容器法蘭拆開(以容器法蘭相連的設(shè)備)，清理并檢查筒身內(nèi)部，保證液面計(jì)接口暢通無阻，并安裝內(nèi)部裝置，然后合蓋。6、對(duì)以容器法蘭相連的設(shè)備，應(yīng)保證容器法蘭各連接螺栓均勻受力。7、按圖紙連接設(shè)備管系，管系不得承受外加載荷。8、按圖紙要求安裝調(diào)節(jié)閥傳動(dòng)裝置，保證調(diào)節(jié)、傳動(dòng)正常。9、安裝完后，封閉各管孔，按圖紙要求進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)，水壓試驗(yàn)應(yīng)符合壓力容器安全監(jiān)察規(guī)程。10、安裝完畢后，施工單位應(yīng)將技術(shù)資料、安裝質(zhì)量證明書和安裝測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)移交給使用單位，使用單位應(yīng)邀請(qǐng)當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)部門對(duì)設(shè)備本身及安裝質(zhì)量進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，確認(rèn)合格后方可投入使用。五、安全附件1、設(shè)備上裝設(shè)了安全閥、壓力表和液面計(jì)作為

5、安全附件，使用時(shí)應(yīng)執(zhí)行各有關(guān)規(guī)定。2、安全閥的開啟壓力應(yīng)是0.52Mpa。3、壓力表應(yīng)校驗(yàn)合格后方可使用。六、使用與管理本設(shè)備的使用與管理，應(yīng)按壓力容器安全監(jiān)察規(guī)程的有關(guān)條款執(zhí)行。七、維修1、本設(shè)備的檢修應(yīng)遵守壓力容器安全監(jiān)察規(guī)程的有關(guān)條款；2、修理調(diào)節(jié)閥時(shí)應(yīng)關(guān)閉前后閥門，使其脫離系統(tǒng)；3、修理應(yīng)在無壓力情況下進(jìn)行。Instruction for continuous blow down flash tankI. 8、ed suddenly, the vaporizing point also is reduced, the original saturation condition is break down, a part of water give off superheating heat and become the saturation water at new working pressure, a part of water absorb vaporization heat and become the steam. The vaporization is call flash vapori

9、zation.The continuous blow down flash tank can obtain second steam on the basis of principle of flash vaporization. After the blow down water of boiler from pipe suddenly entered into the flash tank whose volume is many times than the volume of pipe, the pressure is reduced and volume is increased,

10、thereby the steam is flashed off.At the same time, continuous blow down flash tank may separates steam from water by means of centrifugal force, gravity and friction force of molecule, thereby the second steam of low salt content is obtained. The blow down water enter to flash tank through pipe of t

11、angential direction, and make fluid revolve, the steam produced rise up along the flash tank, last of all, the steam is separated through shutter water separator after passing a distance. Thereby all separate process of steam-water is completed.III. Construction Type & Main SpecificationsContinu

The inner parts include inner spacer and shutter vapour-water separator and float controlled regulating valve etc. For the convenience o

13、f inspection and repairment, connect the shell with flange, or the shell is equipped with man hole. Continuous blow down flash tank have both vertical type and hanging type. Support of vertical type flash tank is located in bottom, it may be put on ground. Support of hanging type flash tank is locat

14、ed in the middle, it may be put on terrace. When installation equipment, should comply with relevant term of “ Regulation of safety supervision for pressure vessel”. 2. Be

16、fore installation, the user should check and accept the equipment and documents together with the installer. When due to transport the equipment occur the deformation and change that have endangered normal operation and safety, dont install and use the equipment until it is repaired.3. Dont install

17、and use the equipment when product certificate and equality guarantee and installation description and overall pattern etc. are not complete.4. Installing the equipment on its support base exactly.5. Open man hole and check hole, and remove flange of vessel (for the equipment be connected with the f

18、lange of vessel). Clean and check the shell inner. Tube of water level meter should be guarantee to be unblocked, and fit the inner parts, then cover the flanges.6. For the equipment that is connect with vessel flange, each connecting bolt of vessel flange should be guarantee to bear equally force.7

19、. Connect the piping of equipment according to requirement of drawing, the piping may not bear outside load.8. Installing the transmission of regulating valve according to requirement of drawing, to guarantee normal of regulate and transmit.9. Seal off all tube holes after installation is completed.

20、 Hydraulic test must be done according to the drawing requirement, and hydraulic test should conform with “Regulations of safety supervision for pressure vessel”.10. After installation is completed, the installer should turn over the technical datum, installation quality certification and installation measurement data to the user.
