1、VAMA-ERP 傳輸管理制度VAMA-ERP Management regulation1.目的：Purposes: 加強(qiáng)SAP系統(tǒng)請(qǐng)求號(hào)傳輸管理，規(guī)范傳輸操作流程，最大限度降低傳輸對(duì)SAP系統(tǒng)帶來的負(fù)面影響, 確保使用規(guī)范的方法和過程實(shí)現(xiàn)快速、有效的傳輸。To strengthen the request No. transmission management of SAP system, make the transmission operation procedures more standard, reduce the negative influence of transmissi

3、 Request No. Transmission Application Form; 2、按規(guī)范流程對(duì)請(qǐng)求號(hào)進(jìn)行傳輸。Transmit the request No. following the standard process; 3、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)傳輸結(jié)果進(jìn)行測(cè)試，對(duì)傳輸結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。Test and be responsible for the transmission results. 5.活動(dòng)程序Work Process 1)傳輸請(qǐng)求申請(qǐng)。Transmission request application （1）開發(fā)配置人員根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求在開發(fā)系統(tǒng)完成功能的開發(fā)和業(yè)務(wù)配置，生成傳輸請(qǐng)求號(hào)。Devel

4、opment and configuration staff finishes development of functions and business configuration in the development system according to the business requirements and produce a transmission request No. （2）由開發(fā)配置人員在原client中釋放請(qǐng)求號(hào)。Development and configuration staff releases the request No. in the former clie

5、nt. （3）開發(fā)配置人員填寫傳輸請(qǐng)求申請(qǐng)表Development and configuration staff fill out the Transmission Request Application Form. 2)傳輸請(qǐng)求審批Approval of transmission request （1）開發(fā)配置人員將傳輸請(qǐng)求申請(qǐng)表提交相關(guān)模塊負(fù)責(zé)人審批后交由IT主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批。Development and configuration staff submits the Transmission Request Application Form to the relevant module

7、輸管理員根據(jù)申請(qǐng)人提交的傳輸請(qǐng)求申請(qǐng)表中的內(nèi)容通過sap的STMS進(jìn)行傳輸。SAP transmission manager begins the transmission through STMS of SAP according to the contents specified in the Transmission Request Application Form submitted by the applicant. （2）傳輸管理員必須嚴(yán)格按照從開發(fā)系統(tǒng)-測(cè)試系統(tǒng)-生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)范流程來進(jìn)行傳輸。The transmission manager must begin the tran

8、smission following strictly the standard order of development system - test system- production system. （3）完成到測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的傳輸以后，傳輸管理員必須及時(shí)通知申請(qǐng)人組織檢查測(cè)試，確認(rèn)無誤后，再由傳輸管理員完成到生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的傳輸。After transmitting to the test system, the transmission manager must timely notify the applicant to conduct the relevant test to confirm
