Price ofcommodities refers to Import Commodity Quotation Sheet（the e

8、 is USD_.（3）乙方向甲方提交的進(jìn)口商品報(bào)價(jià)單中內(nèi)容由乙方以傳真方式在公證處備案，并領(lǐng)取公證備案回執(zhí)，乙方可通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)向甲方經(jīng)營(yíng)的_網(wǎng)站（http：/www._）的進(jìn)口銷售報(bào)價(jià)欄目提交公證后的進(jìn)口商品報(bào)價(jià)單；乙方報(bào)價(jià)后必須將商品彩色照片的電子文檔通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)提交給甲方，并在該商品照片電子文檔中標(biāo)明該商品的廠家編號(hào)和商品應(yīng)用碼。Party B shall put the Import Commodity Quotation Sheeton records at the Notary Office by fax which presented to Party A and get recei

9、pt of notarization and records. Party B shall present theImport Commodity Quotation Sheetin the Import Quotation Column on www._. Party B shall present the colored photo of commodity via internet to Party A and must indicate Supplier Code and Commodity Code together with the photo. （4）乙方應(yīng)及時(shí)訪問(wèn)甲方經(jīng)營(yíng)的_網(wǎng)

10、站（http：/www._），了解交易指南、報(bào)價(jià)單填寫說(shuō)明和業(yè)務(wù)公告等內(nèi)容，積極配合甲方進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品銷售業(yè)務(wù)，乙方在該網(wǎng)站所發(fā)布的信息不得違反中國(guó)有關(guān)法律法規(guī)。Party B shall visit Party A s wed site（http：/www._） in time and find out the transaction guide， filling explanation of quotation and business announcement， etc. Party B shall assist Party A to sell its products. All inform

11、ation issued in Party A s wed site by Party B shall not be against Chinese relevant laws and regulations. （5）如果乙方擁有網(wǎng)站，應(yīng)該將在“_網(wǎng)”銷售的商品在乙方網(wǎng)站上加以宣傳，宣傳時(shí)必須標(biāo)明該商品在“_網(wǎng)”的商品應(yīng)用碼。Party B shall publicize the commodities which being sold through Party A on its own web site if he has and Commodity Code must be indica

12、ted when publicizes.（6）如乙方委托甲方在中國(guó)所銷售的商品需要向中國(guó)有關(guān)部門申請(qǐng)辦理銷售許可證，乙方可以委托甲方辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)，但應(yīng)向甲方提交所需文件、商品樣品，并承擔(dān)有關(guān)費(fèi)用。If the commodities sold in China of Party B need sales license which is applied to Chinese related departments， Party B may consign Party A to deal with it. Party B shall offer documents and samples nee

13、ded and bear relevant expenses.3乙方可以修改商品信息，但應(yīng)將修改的內(nèi)容傳真至公證處備案后方可向甲方提交修改申請(qǐng)。甲方只接受乙方向公證處傳真?zhèn)浒傅倪M(jìn)口商品報(bào)價(jià)單的全部?jī)?nèi)容和乙方向公證處傳真?zhèn)浒傅男薷膬?nèi)容，乙方還應(yīng)通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)向甲方經(jīng)營(yíng)的_（http：/www._）提交該內(nèi)容，甲方在使用或公布該內(nèi)容時(shí)，不得對(duì)乙方提交的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行任何修改加工（甲方只使用乙方提交的經(jīng)公證處公證備案的最新內(nèi)容）。Party B may amend commodity information.
