9、cles in B part, and there are four articles given reward, the four articles given reward belonged to changeover between old article and old article1.3.2 本次試點(diǎn)培訓(xùn)多能工有如下問題點(diǎn) Problems for multi-skilled training of trial spot at this time由于旺季訂單多有的生產(chǎn)線不能達(dá)到培訓(xùn)多能工名額要求 As the orders are mass,there are cells that

10、 can not be reached the request of quantity for the multi-skilled training 干部對(duì)多能工培訓(xùn)目的不甚了解觀念還需加強(qiáng) The concept of supervisors need be reinforced because they can not completely understand the purpose of the multi-skilled training 帶線干部對(duì)培訓(xùn)多能工計(jì)劃不周密目標(biāo)不明確 Training plans of the multi-skilled training are not

11、 deliberate and the objective is not definite for the cell supervisors存在基礎(chǔ)工種都不會(huì)的所謂“多能工”極少數(shù)干部在應(yīng)付了事 The called multi-skilled who can not understand the basic sequence of work ,and a few supervisors are playing at the job 從培訓(xùn)中心所借人員有的生產(chǎn)線沒有作協(xié)助培訓(xùn)多能工用而是用于趕流程。 The cells supervisor will not cooperate and tra

12、in the multi-skilled workers for the employees borrowed form training center, but make them work for process1.4 加工廠IE工時(shí)培訓(xùn) IE work-time training for process factory CT=HT貼+HT收+MT(1+30%)PBS 例某部位兩片一雙收材料花時(shí)間為20秒貼材料花時(shí)間30秒 I.e: Two pieces are a pair for some component ,which costs 20sec to collect material

13、s and takes 30sec to check materials一排繡完時(shí)間為60秒二十個(gè)機(jī)頭同時(shí)作業(yè)則其CT為 A line of components are finished operation which costs 60sec, then 20 machines are operating components at the same time which costs: CT=30+20+60(1+30%)10=12.8秒/sec每小時(shí)產(chǎn)能=360012.8=281雙 Capacity/hrs=3600812.8=281pairs排版CT填寫標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Printing CT st
