Inaccordancewiththerequirementsof andofthe ernmentoftheintern’shomecountry,PartyBshallissueInvitationLettertotheinternwithinfiveworkdaysafterexpressingitsacceptancefortheinterntoapplyforavisa. Theinternknowinglyviolatesorrepeatedlyseriouslyviolatesormandatorylawsandregulations.PartyB’sLiabilityofBreachof InthecasethatPartyBcannotcontinuetoprovidepostsbeforethepresetinternshipperiodexpires,becauseofcancellation,dissolution,lossoflicense,reductionofstafforotherreasonsnotrelatedtoPartyA(ludingbutnotlimitedtothatPartyBcancelsthepostaftertheinternstarts),PartyBshallprovidetheinternwithcompensateforthelossofairfare,whichdependsontheairfarefromthecitywheretheinterncomesfromtothecitywheretheinternshipiscarriedout.(Ifthe alreadycoversone-wayflightticket shouldpayanotherflightticketunderthissituation)IfthePartyBfailstoprovidecorrespondingposts,welfaresandallowancesformodationaspromised,itshallcorrectitcessesaccordingtothedemandsofthePartyAortheinterns,andcompensatefortheeconomicallossthatthePartyAorthecertaininternsufferfrom(ludingbutnotlimitedtothefeeswhicharegeneratedbyarrangementsof modationmadebythePartyAforthecertainintern).IfthePartyBterminatestheContractbecauseofanyotherreasonsotherthanthatdescribedinArticle4.4oftheContract,notonlythePartyBshallcompensateth
